Daizy Babies has expanded rapidly over the last year. We now support ecological parents in six countries, offering this support in five languages.
We know how we like to be treated when we buy on line, and want to give you the same service as we expect.
We are a young (ish!) international team with plenty of ideas and energy.
Some of us are parents, and the ones who are not have had to change a nappy or two as part of their training
We believe 100% in our product, and we want you to love it too.

We check each of the nappies before sending them to you. If you have any questions or concerns when you receive your nappies, please get in touch with us straight away. We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase.
You will probably have questions as you use Daizy Bamboo nappies. That's ok. We're here to help. You can call our helpline and we will talk you through it.
If you would like to cancel your order you may do so, but please call us quickly because we post your order as soon as we can!
Your product is guaranteed for one year against manufacturing defects. If you have a problem, please let us know as we want to be able to put it right. In accordance with distance selling regulations you are entitled to return your goods within 7 days of receipt providing that they are unopened and unused. This does not apply to personalised products such as nappy factory prints. You must inform us that you wish to return the goods via email or letter. Postage costs are non-refundable. Because this is a hygiene product we can't accept returned opened goods when the product is not faulty.
We don't share your data or sell your data. We use the data we have to process your order. We may send you information about our company, products or special offers but we also give you the option to opt out of these emails. We work with two companies to provide support in other languages who also abide to our data protection policies. These companies are: Ricorocks (Spain) for support in Spanish, Catalan and Portuguese. Sorprentas SL (Spain) for support in Dutch. This site uses Google Analytics to gather non-personal information on its visitors. This is done through cookies and code which is embedded on our websites. If you wish to reject the cookies on our website, you will need to turn off cookies in your browser.
